How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 7 days of post delivery.
- They must be in original condition
- Unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return/Exchange?
- You can place return/exchange for an order only once at no extra charges
- If the return/exchange for an order exceeds more than once you will not be able to place the request here you will have to contact our customer support and it will be chargeable as per shipping charges by courier partner
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is approved the pickup will be done in 2 working days and it takes maximum 8-10 days for the shipment to reach us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the bank account provided by you, within 3 working days.
